She is particularly focused on litigation regarding gender, age, race, and disability discrimination and retaliation matters; arbitration of employment contract disputes; and counseling employers on human resources policies and employment law compliance. She represents a broad spectrum of clients, including manufacturers, hospitals, universities and service companies, ranging in size from local businesses to national corporations.
Theresa holds a B.A., Economics from Willamette University and a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. She was admitted to the NC bar in 1997 and is active in the Wake Forest Law Alumni Council and is a Volunteer Advisor at North Carolina State University.
