The Affordable Care Act and Impacts to Your Business for 2014 with Joe Gupton of Jones Insurance Agency.

Join us for the next Triangle Technical Recruiters Association Lunch and Learn on Thursday, November 14th.  This month’s training topic is The Affordable Care Act and Impacts to Your Business for 2014.

Joe Gupton of Jones Insurance will answer your questions around the next rollout of the ACA.   Jones Insurance Agency was established in 1956 and has since grown with the Keystone Insurers Group to provide the buying power and world-class resources of a national organization.  Our partnership with over 270 agencies in eight states has helped us become the fifth largest privately owned insurance agency in the United States. Our benefits division, EbenConcepts, is the largest broker for Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina and is the number one benefits broker in the state.   Joe became part of the Jones Insurance team in 2008 after returning from a 4-year business venture in Central America. He works with employers to help them understand and prepare for the ongoing changes in group health insurance. As the Affordable Care Act has created additional challenges for business owners and administrators, Joe and the Jones agency have been able to pro-actively combat rate increases and manage all aspects of compliance. Joe also helps businesses implement HR information systems and develop creative plan designs in order to make their employee costs more manageable.

TTRA meetings are held at the NCSU University Club.  Please arrive at 11:30 to register and get lunch. The program will start at 11:45 with networking from 12:30 to 1:00.  Registration fee: $20 for TTRA members, $30 for guests.  Memberships can be purchased at the event or beforehand on our website.
