Recruiting Roundtable Discussion
Despite ongoing economic uncertainty at the national and global levels, the Triangle job market has picked up considerably since 2009. While not all sectors are seeing job growth, demand for top technical talent is accelerating in RDU. Our next roundtable discussion will review market trends including what skills are most in demand and how to adjust to the new marketplace. Some specific items will include:
- Managing client and candidate expectations
- Finding Differentiated talent and building relationships
- Workload and time management – qualifying the best req’s.
This is an open forum where attendees are urged to participate. Come prepared to share your best practices, war stories, or topics that you wish to review.
Registration fee: $20 for TTRA members. $30 for guests. Purchase a 2010 annual membership with the TTRA, at the event or beforehand on our website, and the registration fee is waived for this meeting.
